Ingredients:
- 4 avocados, pitted
- juice of 1 lime
- ¼ cup corn kernels (fresh, frozen, or canned)
- ¼ cup black beans
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. Taco Seasoning
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
Directions:
- In a large bowl, mash avocados until smooth and slightly chunky. Stir in lime juice, corn, black beans, green onions, garlic, and taco seasoning and season with salt.
- Chill and then serve with tortilla chips.
